Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned referral sources while ensuring timely follow-up on new leads and seamless coordination from intake through the first service date. You will play a key role in supporting partner needs and delivering a smooth, responsive experience.
- Pay: $70,000- $76,000/ Depending on experience
- Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM EST

You will...
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned referral sources and key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring timely responses and effective coordination with internal teams
- Manage new case leads from intake through confirmation of first service date, including authorization entry and initial caregiver assignment
- Proactively communicate caregiver availability, service capabilities, and program updates to referral sources
- Track and report key performance metrics (lead volume, acceptance rate, case start rate) to ensure service level expectations are met
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes and enhance the member and partner experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field — or four (4)+ years of relevant experience managing productive relationships with external business partners
- Up to one (1) year of leadership responsibility
- HHA Exchange experience
