All Metro Health Care is seeking an RN Educator to lead training and continuing education for our Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). In this non-bedside, weekday-only role, you’ll play a key part in preparing caregivers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in the home setting.
You’ll report directly to the RN Clinical Supervisor and serve as a trusted educator and resource for our caregiving team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging classroom and hands-on training for HHAs and PCAs
- Prepare caregivers to meet New York State and agency standards
- Organize and manage training schedules, materials, and presentations
- Clearly communicate expectations, policies, and job requirements
- Track attendance, competencies, progress, and completion records
- Provide ongoing in-service education for agency staff
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance training curriculum
- Participate in professional development and quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1 year of Home care experience required
- Experience supervising, mentoring, training, or precepting HHAs/PCAs preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel between Binghamton (approx. 75%) and Corning (approx. 25%)
