Job Requirements:

• Availability to work in Johnstown and Portage
  • Female client in Johnstown Sundays 9am-1pm & Mondays-Thursdays 2pm-6pm
  • Male client in Portage Mondays-Fridays 8:30am-2:30pm, Saturdays 8am-3pm and Sundays 8am-8pm
• Schedule can be built for PT or FT availability
• Ability to drive, walk, or take public transportation to clients home

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
