Description
CareGivers America - SEPA a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team in Jenkintown, PA (SEPA). In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, drive patient-centered care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards—all while leading a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

You Will...
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high standards and compliance
- Supervise, support, and develop clinical staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Conduct on-site assessments and supervisory visits, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely supervision visits for patients and caregivers
- Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures
- Coordinate care delivery with internal teams and external providers
- Address and resolve patient and family concerns with compassion and efficiency
- Oversee staff scheduling and managing on-call rotations
- Prepare reports and present clinical performance to senior leadership
- Lead or support departmental projects as needed
We Are Excited to Speak to Someone With...
- A current RN license and CPR certification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 6 years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in home health
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations and healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare technology
- A patient-first mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
- The ability to travel locally and participate in on-call duties as needed
