Description

Modivcare is seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse Manager (RN) who brings a powerful mix of leadership, compliance expertise, and heart. We’re looking for someone who is laser-focused on quality, eager to elevate standards, and ready to roll up their sleeves to ensure documentation integrity, member safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a role for a leader who can both inspire their team and dive into the details when needed.

Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Remote

You Will...

  • Lead the Quality Assurance team and execute the organization’s QA strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee QA staff including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to enhance member safety and experience.
  • Partner with leadership to review protocols, analyze trends, and plan corrective actions.
  • Communicate QA outcomes and opportunities for improvement with stakeholders.
  • Support a culture of compliance, ethics, and excellence across the organization.
  • Manage budgets, staffing resources, and operational goals.

We’re Excited to Meet Someone With...

  • A current valid RN license in good standing
  • A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, legal, or a related field
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and accreditation standards
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • ​​​​​​​A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
