CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a compassionate, hands-on Field Supervisor to support our caregivers and clients throughout Northern/Eastern PA. You’ll conduct home visits, coach caregivers, address safety needs, and help ensure clients receive dependable, high-quality care at home.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct client home visits, assessments, and safety checks to help ensure quality care
  • Supervise, coach, and support caregivers in the field, including hands-on training and performance feedback
  • Identify safety concerns and work with the care team to address client and caregiver needs
  • Support caregiver onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development
  • Partner with care teams to coordinate staffing and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Address client and caregiver concerns and provide timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support quality and compliance initiatives
  • Build relationships with local providers and community partners to support service growth
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory using a company-provided vehicle

This is a field-based role primarily supporting older adults in their homes throughout Northern/Eastern Pennsylvania. Your workday may include time in the field, working from home, or at a local office, depending on business needs.

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:

  • Experience in home care or providing hands-on care in clients’ homes
  • CNA certification strongly preferred, or equivalent hands-on home care experience
  • A compassionate, dependable approach and strong communication skills
  • Confidence supporting caregivers and identifying client safety concerns
  • Strong organization and the ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring others is a plus
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation
