Location: Clarks Summit, PA (Northeastern Pennsylvania Region)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $72K–$83K + Full Benefits

  • As a Quality Review Nurse, you will be a key player in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality home care. In this role, you will:

  • Review 485s and follow-up orders to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Conduct audits, incident investigations, and complaint resolution, documenting findings and corrective actions
  • Analyze care outcomes, satisfaction metrics, and compliance data to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement projects
  • Deliver training to clinical staff on QA processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all QA activities, including reports to senior leadership
  • Participating in root cause analyses, developing action plans, and supporting external audit readiness
  • Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • We Are Excited to Speak to Someone With...

  • Active PA RN License (Required)
  • OASIS and coding certification (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of professional experience in home health or healthcare quality
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
