Description
CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Branch Manager for our York and Selinsgrove, PA office. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including business development, client relations, staff management, and financial performance for both locations. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving the growth and success of the branch.
- Pay: $75,000
- Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ Years proven experience in a leadership role within the home healthcare or healthcare industry.
- Strong operational and business acumen, with a track record of successfully managing and growing a branch or business unit.
- Knowledge of home healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
