All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1-on-1 home care position. This role involves providing high-quality care to a young adult female with specific needs in a home setting.

Position Spotlight...

• Pay: LPN hourly rate range - $25-$40
• Area of Coverage: Babylon, NY

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) care, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Monitor and manage seizure precautions with appropriate interventions as needed.
• Provide care for a non-verbal individual, using non-verbal communication techniques to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Support with wheelchair transfers and mobility.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and care plans.

Schedule:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Requirements:

• Active and valid LPN license in New York.
• Experience in home care or working with individuals with similar needs is preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer safely as needed.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
