Description

All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services who brings a powerful mix of leadership, drive, and heart. We’re looking for someone who is laser-focused, eager to do it all, and ready to jump in and triage patients when needed—someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.

Pay: $115,000 to $145,000 based on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Office Location: 75 Broad Street, Suite 610, New York, NY 10004

You Will...

  • Lead and empower a high-performing care team
  • Champion quality and safety in all aspects of patient care
  • Provide education, support, and mentorship to your staff
  • Triage patients as needed and ensure timely, effective care
  • Implement and uphold clinical policies and procedures
  • Conduct assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians and referral sources to monitor progress
  • Oversee records, documentation, and quality audits
  • Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to support care delivery

We’re Excited to Meet Someone With...

  • Active RN License
  • At least 2 years of Homecare experience
  • 1+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • A drive to lead, support, and serve with excellence
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation
