Essential Job Requirements:
- Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
- English/Bilingual English preferred
- Drivers preferred
- Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:
- Enhancing clients' well-being and quality of life as a CHHA.
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Provide direct client care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
- Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
- Influence clients' quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
- Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
