We're looking for a Bilingual Care Coordinator to join our Jenkintown team and help connect clients with caregivers, coordinate schedules, and solve problems when plans change.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage

• Respond to call-outs, open shifts, and schedule changes

• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers

• Match caregivers with clients based on needs and availability

• Support new clients and starts of care

• Follow up on scheduling and service concerns

• Keep schedules and client information accurate

What You'll Need

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or similar experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, intake, or care coordination experience is a plus.
