  • Availability in Oakland, NJ
  • Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
  • English/Bilingual English preferred
  • Drivers preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including:
  • Meal Preparation/Diet/Eating
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Dressing
  • Mobility
  • Personal hygiene
  • Medication reminders
  • Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home
  • Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client's physical and emotional condition
  • Document/report any changes in client's health status
  • Ensure highest client safety and well-being
  • Document and track job duties via electronic visit verification
