Job Requirements:

• Valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification
• Must be willing to work in Carmel, NY
• Availability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
• Reliable Transportation
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
