$80,000–$88,000yr, depending on experience
8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
Supports Clarks Summit & Selinsgrove, PA | Company Vehicle Provided for Required Travel Between Locations

CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service company, is looking for an experienced RN Trainer to lead caregiver training and education. Use your clinical expertise to teach, mentor, and build caregiver confidence, helping our teams provide exceptional care in clients’ homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HHA training classes, in-services, and educational programs
- Teach, coach, and support caregivers as they develop their skills and confidence
- Serve as a clinical resource for caregiver training and competency development
- Create an organized, welcoming, and supportive learning environment
- Track caregiver attendance, progress, and competencies
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve training programs
- Provide education aligned with applicable Pennsylvania Department of Health and State Board of Nursing standards
- Support clinical and administrative functions within RN scope of practice
Additional Support Location: Selinsgrove, PA. Company vehicle provided when travel between Clarks Summit and Selinsgrove is required.

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:
- Active Pennsylvania or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ year of HHA or Caregiver supervisory expereince preferred OR 3+ years of nursing experience required
- Experience training or mentoring, HHA's or PCA's preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
- A genuine interest in teaching and helping others succeed
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
