Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • On-Call: Rotational, (no field visits required)
  • Office Location: 65 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 220 Binghamton, NY 13903

What You’ll Do

As Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight, and clinical expertise to ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead and support clinical staff to deliver high-quality home care services
  • Conduct nursing assessments and oversee care planning and modifications
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical policies and regulations
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff, caregivers, and referral partners
  • Provide on-call clinical guidance by phone as part of a rotating schedule
  • Coordinate patient services and maintain case assignment records
  • Collaborate with physicians and referral sources to support patient outcomes
  • Audit clinical records and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for clinical staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2 years of home care experience required
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • ​​​​​​​Valid NYS Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, insurance, and registration
