Essential Job Requirements & Preferences:

  • Availability in: Meriden, Middletown, Cheshire, Waterbury and surrounding areas
  • Ability to drive or take public transportation to cases
  • Bilingual English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
  • Assisting with household tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
  • Offering companionship and support for social engagement and activities.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
  • Promoting client safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.
  • Handling emergencies and escalating concerns in a calm and professional manner.
  • Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
