Who We Are: CareGivers America is a local provider of Home Care Services with 25+ locations in Pennsylvania. We care for the aging and disabled populations in their homes and communities. We are a Modivcare company with affiliate personal care brands across 7 states.

Due to an expansion we are seeking a full time Care Coordinator for our Jenkintown Office Location

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day administrative duties of a Non-Medical Office
• Drive quality outcomes for customers through exceptional care and customer service
• Supervise caregivers
• Schedule/Match caregivers to meet the needs of our clients
• Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources
• Maintain & manage regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Must be caring, generous, and attentive
• Must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask
• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in home care, HR or scheduling roles preferred
• Must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to network and market the business

Customer Demographics:

• Aging/Geriatric (60 yrs+)
• Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Profound ID, etc)
• Physical Disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, etc)
