The Role of a Home Health Aide in NJ:
- Assist with bathing, dressing & personal care
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individual
- Provide companionship & ensure client safety
- Light housekeeping, laundry & meals
- Transportation & errands (if applicable)
- Support with daily routines to promote independence
