Panhandle Support Services - WV, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality home care services are delivered safely and in accordance with state and federal guidelines for Health Care Service Firms.

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00 PM 
Office: 415 36th St Suite 200 Parkersburg, WV 26101
Visiting Client Territory: Wood, Jackson, Wirt, Roane, Ritchie, Pleasants, Tyler, Gilmer, Doddridge, and Wetzel counties. The majority of services are provided to clients local to the Parkersburg office.
Pay: $60,000 – $65,000, based on previous home care experience

You Will...

• Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Provide safety, supervision, and supervision to help clients remain at home
• Maintain open communication between families and healthcare professionals regarding the client’s physical and emotional condition
• Complete annual and six-month assessments outlining each client’s needs in the home
• Update care plans as needed
• Ensure the highest level of client safety and well-being
• Collaborate with office staff to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed accurately

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of RN experience required 
• 1 year of Home Care nursing experience required
