Panhandle Support Services, a Modivcare Home care company in WV is looking for a FT RN Clinical supervisor. The clinical supervisor is responsible to ensure quality, evaluate the patient’s plan of care and assess their physical and Psychosocial needs.

• Schedule: FT – Monday through Friday 8a-430p

You will...

• Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities
• Help provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client's physical and emotional condition
• Complete annual and six-month assessments outlining the client’s needs in the home
• Complete updates to the plan of care as needed
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being
• Work with office staff to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed correctly

Customer Demographics:

• Aging/Elderly
• Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Profound ID, etc)
• Physical Disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, etc)

We are excited to speak to someone with the following… 

• Current RN WV License
• 1 year + professional experience as an RN in the United States
• Current CPR certification
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Preferred
• Experience in Home Care Nursing Required
• Ability to prioritize workload in an appropriate manner.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to work in and create a team environment.
• Effective time management and scheduling skills with a certain amount of flexibility
