Panhandle Support Services - WV, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Branch Supervisor. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members by ensuring their care needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Schedule: M - F 8:00am - 5pm
  • Office Address: 12 Maple Hill Avenue - Suite 1 Petersburg, WV 26847
  • Pay: Exempt - $41,600 - $52,000

You will:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address gaps in performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
  • Attend community events to network and generate referrals.
  • Maintain strong client and patient relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
  • Train, and manage staff to meet patient needs.
  • Schedule employees with clients and manage payroll using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system HHA eXchange. 
  • Provide leadership, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing home healthcare.
  • Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the branch's budget to meet financial goals.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and cash flow, implementing strategies to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to align with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, addressing challenges proactively.


We are excited to speak to someone with the following…

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 1+ years of home healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required
