This position is responsible for providing professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings. You will assist with instrumental activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Light duties such as vacuuming, dusting, dry mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Heavier duties such as washing floors and walls, defrosting freezers, cleaning ovens, cleaning attics and basements to remove fire and health hazards. 
  • Moving furniture to clean underneath, taking down and/or changing curtains.
  • Duties may also include those associated with Homemaking Services such as Laundry.
