CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Senior Regional Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operations across multiple locations in a designated region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and achieving performance targets. Your strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and commitment to client-centered care will contribute to the success and growth of our organization.
- Pay: $72,800- $90,000 Annually, depending on experience + Incentive Program
- Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM

You will...
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team in the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality of services.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as clinical services, finance, and human resources, to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff across multiple locations, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members, ensuring a competent and motivated workforce.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional operations team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to maintain high standards of care and service delivery
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with clinical protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Address any quality-related concerns or issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers in the region.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with referral sources and community partners to enhance relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and community forums.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the regional budget.
- Monitor financial performance, including expenses, revenue, and profitability, against budgeted targets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, implementing appropriate measures.

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in the home healthcare industry or a similar healthcare setting.
- Agency With Choice/ODP program experience
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading teams in a multi-location environment.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results and driving operational excellence.
