CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide in-home care for a 4-year-old child. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with complex needs and be comfortable assisting with daily routines in a nurturing and patient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.

• Support ongoing potty training and encourage independence where appropriate.

• Administer and manage tube feedings (child is primarily tube-fed, approximately 90% of nutrition).

• Monitor overall health and well-being, recognizing changes in condition and reporting as appropriate.

• Collaborate with family and healthcare providers to ensure consistency and quality of care.

• Encourage communication, play, and developmental growth appropriate for age.

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license,

• Experience in pediatric care, preferably with children who require assistance with ADLs and feeding support.

• Ability to handle sensitive medical equipment (tube feeding) safely and efficiently.

• Strong communication, empathy, and patience when working with children and families.

• CPR and pediatric first aid certification preferred.
