Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Verification Supervisor to join Modivcare PCS. As the Service Verification Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the service verification process to ensure accurate and timely verification of services provided to our clients. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of healthcare operations will contribute to the smooth functioning of our service verification department. 

Pay: $21-$24/Hourly based on experience
Hours: M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Location: Remote, PA

Responsibilities: 

  1. Service Verification Process: 

  • Develop and implement service verification procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 

  • Oversee the verification of services provided by caregivers and nurses to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, errors, or fraudulent activities and take appropriate corrective actions. 

  1. Team Management and Leadership: 

  • Lead and manage a team of service verification specialists, providing guidance, training, and support in their day-to-day activities. 

  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. 

  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and professional development within the team. 

  1. Quality Assurance: 

  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of service verification data. 

  • Review and analyze service verification reports, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as caregivers, nurses, and field supervisors, to address any service-related issues or concerns. 

  1. Process Improvement: 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the service verification process, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance data accuracy. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT and operations, to implement system enhancements or automation tools to improve the service verification workflow. 

  1. Compliance and Documentation: 

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other privacy regulations. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service verification processes, policies, and procedures. 

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations related to service verification and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, EVV, or a related role. Experience with HHAeXchange. 

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including understanding of caregiver and nursing services in a home healthcare setting. 

  • Experience managing a team and demonstrated leadership abilities. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying service records and documentation. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve service-related issues. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in using healthcare software systems and databases. 

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and state-specific requirements. 

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
