Description

CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to provide one-on-one nursing care for a bright, funny, and resilient 9-year-old boy who lives with a chronic respiratory condition.

We are looking for a nurse who will not only support his medical needs but also encourage his independence and help him continue to thrive in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing respiratory assessment and monitoring

  • Airway management and support (including use of respiratory equipment as needed)

  • Medication administration per physician orders

  • Monitoring oxygen levels and recognizing early signs of respiratory distress

  • Coordination with parents and healthcare providers

  • Providing care in a home and/or school setting

  • Supporting participation in age-appropriate activities

Qualifications:

  • Current, active LPN or RN license in [State]

  • Pediatric experience preferred

  • Experience with respiratory conditions strongly preferred

  • Comfortable with respiratory equipment (e.g., nebulizers, oxygen therapy, suctioning, etc.)

  • CPR/BLS certified

  • Reliable, attentive, and compassionate

  • Strong communication skills
