CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Instructor/Educator to train and inspire our Home Health Aides (HHAs). This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by ensuring caregivers are confident, competent, and compassionate in the care they deliver.

Schedule & Structure

• Part-Time, Flexible Day Schedule – 3 Days/Week (Approx. 20-24 Hours Total)
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $35 - $39 hourly
• Concurrent Instruction:

  • Days 1 & 2: Direct classroom and skills training

  • Day 3: Documentation, coordination, and follow-up

• Branches Covered: Jenkintown

What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions for HHAs.
• Manage all training sessions and maintain a well-organized learning environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance and update training curriculum.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, progress, and grading records.
• Coordinate and conduct in-service programs across assigned branches.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and support agency compliance with state training requirements.
• Perform administrative and instructional duties within RN scope as outlined by the PA State Board of Nursing and Department of Health.

What We’re Looking For

• Current PA RN License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in Home Health and 1 year of direct HHA/PCA supervision.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and teaching skills.
• Creative, organized, and self-directed educator who enjoys mentoring others.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
