CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Field Supervisor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our clients and caregivers.
- Pay: $17-$20 Hourly based on experience
- Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Areas Supported: Harrisburg, York, Lacaster, Reading, Pottsville, Gettysburg, Shamokin

You will...
- Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring adherence to care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular visits to client homes to observe and assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to open new clients, assist with client needs, develop care plans, and assist, when needed, in assigning appropriate caregivers.
- Help coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and timely service delivery.
- Address scheduling conflicts, changes, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Provide training and orientation to new caregivers, ensuring they understand policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to assess caregiver performance and adherence to care plans.
- Act as an advocate for clients and caregivers, ensuring their rights, privacy, and dignity are respected.

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field
- 1+ years of home healthcare, caregiving, or a related field experience required.
