CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.
 

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a 17-year-old child.. 
We are looking for a nurse who will become a valued part of our support team and help ensure comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Position Spotlight...

• Schedule: Fri & Sat 9p-7a & 3:30p-9p two days per week (Days & Hours are Flexible)

This position involves providing skilled nursing care for a teenager with complex medical needs and physical limitations. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, confident in their clinical skills, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled nursing care and monitoring health status

• Assisting with daily living needs and mobility support

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitoring and managing medical equipment (training provided as needed)

• Maintaining accurate documentation

• Communicating clearly with family and care team

• Supporting participation in home and community activities when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing

• Pediatric or home health experience preferred

• Experience with mobility assistance and complex care needs is a plus

• CPR certification

• Dependable, calm, and compassionate demeanor

• Comfortable working in a private home environment
