We’re hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients throughout Lebanon County. This role helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Important to Know Before Applying:

This is an active, hands-on caregiving role. It includes personal care and household support and is not a companion-only position. If you are comfortable helping others with daily care and have reliable transportation, this may be a good fit.

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in Berks County
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client locations

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Help with daily care — like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
