Job Description: Program Enrollment Specialist (Modivcare PCS) 

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Program Enrollment Specialist to join Modivcare PCS. As a Program Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the enrollment process by guiding potential clients through the program enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of healthcare programs will contribute to the successful enrollment of clients and the growth of our program.

Responsibilities:

Client Enrollment Process: 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients interested in enrolling in our program. 
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, explaining program details, requirements, and next steps. 
  • Collect and review client information, including demographics, medical history, and insurance coverage, to determine eligibility and program suitability. 
  • Ensure all necessary enrollment paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, clinical services, and billing, to coordinate the enrollment process and address any client-specific requirements or inquiries. 
Client Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and enrolled clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs throughout the enrollment process. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients. 
  • Follow up with clients regarding missing or incomplete documentation, ensuring timely resolution and enrollment completion. 
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times. 
Program Knowledge and Education: 
  • Stay updated on program details, eligibility criteria, and any changes or updates to healthcare programs and regulations. 
  • Educate potential clients on program benefits, services, and requirements, providing accurate and comprehensive information. 
  • Answer client inquiries and concerns regarding program enrollment, coverage, and related topics. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop enrollment materials and resources to support client education and outreach efforts. 
Documentation and Data Management: 
  • Maintain accurate and organized client enrollment files and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 
  • Enter client data into the enrollment management system accurately and efficiently. 
  • Generate reports and summaries related to program enrollment and client data as needed. 
Quality Assurance and Compliance: 
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards related to program enrollment, ensuring compliance at all times. 
  • Identify and report any concerns or issues related to client eligibility, documentation, or program requirements. 
  • Collaborate with the compliance and quality assurance teams to address and resolve any compliance-related matters. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred). 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program enrollment, customer service, or a related role in the healthcare industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare programs, enrollment processes, and regulations. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client interactions. 
  • Knowledge of home healthcare services and industry trends is a plus.
