CareGivers America (a Modivcare company) is hiring a Pediatric RN to conduct scheduled home visits and oversee care for pediatric patients across Schuylkill, Berks, and Carbon counties.

This is NOT a shift-based or private duty role.
You will visit patients—not stay for full shifts—while caregivers or LPNs provide ongoing care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled supervisory and assessment visits in patient homes
• Oversee care provided by caregivers and LPNs
• Update care plans and ensure quality standards
• Schedule your visits across the week within your assigned counties
• Travel locally as part of your regular workday (no extra/unpaid travel time)

 You are managing care—not providing continuous bedside care

What This Role Is NOT

• Not private duty / shift work
• Not staying in homes for extended hours
• Not high-volume bedside assignments

What You’ll Get

What You Need

• Active PA RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred
• Pediatric or home health experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR certification
