We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for an 8-year-old boy with a chronic respiratory condition that originated early in life. The child is stable and cared for in a supportive family environment.

Position Overview:
The nurse will provide skilled pediatric nursing care focused on respiratory monitoring, daily health support, and promoting comfort and safety in the home. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful, consistent relationship with one patient.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring respiratory status and overall well-being

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Managing respiratory equipment as needed

• Providing age-appropriate care and support

• Communicating with family and care team

• Maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing

• Pediatric and/or respiratory experience preferred (but not required)

• Comfort working with chronic conditions

• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Dependable, patient, and family-centered approach to care
