CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

Loving and attentive family seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to care for our sweet baby who was born with a congenital heart defect. This is more than a job —  looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of child’s care team and daily life.

This baby is strong, expressive, and brings so much joy . Due to their heart condition, they require close monitoring and specialized nursing care to ensure safety, comfort, and healthy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in our home setting

• Monitor heart rate, oxygen saturation, and respiratory status

• Administer medications as prescribed

• Manage feeding needs (bottle, NG/G-tube if applicable)

• Recognize and respond appropriately to signs of distress

• Maintain accurate documentation of care

• Communicate clearly with parents and medical providers

• Support developmental engagement during awake periods

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (in good standing)

• Pediatric experience; cardiac experience is ideal but not necessary

• Experience with infants and/or medically fragile children (

• CPR/BLS certification (PALS preferred)

• Comfortable with medical equipment (pulse oximeter, oxygen therapy, feeding pumps, etc.)

• Reliable, patient, calm under pressure, and family-centered in approach
