Description

Modivcare, the parent company of CareGivers America located in Pennsylvania,  is looking for an energetic, creative, and results-oriented Director of Recruiting to lead all aspects of talent acquisition within our organization. 


The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the talent acquisition team in the delivery of recruiting and employment strategies to attract, recruit and hire individuals across 7 states.  They will be influential in redefining the recruitment strategy and operating model to support a growing business.

As Director you will:

  • Lead a team of Recruiters across 7 states to effectively recruit, place and retain in home health aides.
  • Establish and manage a cohesive recruiting team; ensure effective, consistent recruiting processes are in place while streamlining recruiting tasks and ensuring consistent recruiting focus
  • Provide expert guidance and training to Hiring Managers and interviewing teams on interviewing techniques and best practices
  • Report weekly and monthly recruiting results as well as insights on hiring, diagnostics and hiring forecast
  • In partnership with Marketing, manage and oversee all employment advertising and related content; includes process design as well as content creation
  • Strategize different ways to enhance our brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities.

The Optimal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • 3+ years of being in a leadership/management role leading technical and non-technical recruiting teams.
  • Be able to travel when needed.
  • Proven sourcing skills with ability to identify and attract candidates
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing others
  • Effective communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
  • Must have the ability to maintain employee and consumer HIPAA information
