CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Administrative Associate. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and providing exceptional support to our team.
- Pay: $15- $17 Hourly
- Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM

You will...
- Greet visitors, respond to inquiries and/or direct visitors to the appropriate staff.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls, retrieve all voice-mail messages, respond to inquiries and/or transfer the caller to the appropriate staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages and faxes.
- Other related clerical duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of receptionist and/or secretarial and/or administrative experience required.
- Experience in Home Care preferred
