This position is responsible for providing profession, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings. You will assist with instrumental activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients
  • Competent in providing direct care to clients including
    • Bathing/grooming/dressing/toileting
    • Personal hygiene improvement & maintenance
    • Transferring/ambulation assistance
    • Medication reminders
    • Maintains a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
    • Transportation, as requested/approved
    • Meal preparation
    • Housekeeping & laundry
    • Grocery Shopping
    • Supports completion of activities of daily living
  • Ability to contribute to a client's quality of life by influencing:
