Care Finders Total Care - NJ, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Receptionist to operate a multi-line phone system, answer and route all incoming calls and support the branch. You will greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the brand and answer general support questions.
- Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00 PM
- Office: 288 N Broad St. Ste 3C, Elizabeth, NJ 07208
- Pay: $18 Hourly

You will...
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team and other departments as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
- Compile, organize, and file documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, transportation, and accommodations for staff members.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, and attendee registration.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- 1+ years of home healthcare experience preferred.
- HHA Exchange system experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
