Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN or LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and attentive nurse for an 8 month old He is a sweet, resilient baby who enjoys calm interaction. He has developmental delays, and is fed through a G-tube. He thrives with consistent routines, loving engagement, and caregivers who celebrate his progress at his own pace.

Position Spotlight...

• Pay: LPN hourly rate $35 - RN hourly rate $45
• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 12 hr shift

Key Responsibilities

Daily Care & Comfort

• Provide attentive, loving care including diapering, bathing, dressing, and soothing

• Follow established routines for sleep, play, and care

• Monitor comfort, cues, and overall well-being

Feeding & Medical Support

• Administer G-tube feedings according to parent and medical instructions

• Clean and care for G-tube equipment

• Observe and report any changes, concerns, or feeding issues

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols carefully

Developmental Support

• Engage in developmentally appropriate play and activities

• Support exercises or activities recommended by therapists (as trained by parents or professionals)

• Encourage interaction, sensory play, and communication in a gentle, responsive way

Communication & Collaboration

• Maintain open, clear communication with parents

• Provide daily updates on feedings, sleep, mood, and milestones

• Work collaboratively with parents and, when applicable, therapists or medical providers

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children or a strong willingness to learn

• Willingness to learn and follow G-tube care and feeding procedures

• Patient, calm, dependable, and attentive to detail

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Background check and references required
