RN HHA Instructor/Educator

All Metro Health Care, part of Modivcare’s Personal Care Services, is seeking a dedicated RN HHA Instructor/Educator to lead training and continuing education for our Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). In this role, you’ll be instrumental in preparing caregivers to deliver exceptional home care, while ensuring compliance with state and agency standards. You’ll report directly to the RN Clinical Supervisor.

Position Highlights

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: 4 E. William St. Suite 101, Corning, NY 14830

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging training classes for HHAs and PCAs.
• Organize and manage all HHA training sessions, materials, and presentations.
• Clearly communicate workplace expectations and requirements to students.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the training curriculum.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of attendance, progress, and grades.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Plan and deliver in-service training programs for All Metro Health Care staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) – current license required.
• 2+ years of home care experience.
• 2+ years of direct supervision of HHAs and/or PCAs.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
