All Metro Healthcare, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an  RN Clinical Supervisor to assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing process through All Metro Health Care policies, procedures, and standards. You will report to the Manager of Clinical Services.

• Pay: $100,000 to $115,000 based on experience 
• Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
• Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM

You will...

• Performs on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers
• Provides clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases. 
• Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
• Performs initial nursing assessments
• Counsels patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Assigns and coordinates services provided.
• Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient’s condition/needs. 
• Prepares clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient’s condition is reported 
• Administers medication and treatments as prescribed and initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Monitors clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of Home Care experience required 
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience required
• Valid NYS Driver’s License, insurance, registration, and reliable car
