All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN HHA Instructor/Educator responsible for all home care providers' training and continuing education. You will report to the RN Clinical Supervisor.

- Pay: $84,000 to $105,000 based on experience
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
- Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM

You will...
- Conduct training classes and programs for HHA's and PCA's.
- Manage all HHA trainings, presentations, and maintain an organized classroom environment.
- Impart the requirements of the relevant workplace setting to existing HHA students.
- Collaborate with other management to develop and improve training curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct in-service programs for All Metro Health Care

- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 years of Home Care experience required
- 2 years of direct supervision Home Health Aides (HHA's) & Personal Care Aides (PCA's) required
