Job Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Experience with G-tube management and feeding
• Reliable Transportation
• Availability for full-time or part-time hours
• Fluent in English, Bilingual a plus
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhancing clients' quality of life by promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
• Support clients in completing activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication administration
• G-tube management and feeding
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping and accompany to MD appointments as needed.
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
