Description

CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Audit Support Specialist. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by auditing care records, inclusive of client and caregiver files, in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Pay: $25-$30/Hourly based on experience 
  • Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM 
  • This is a Remote position

You will...
  • Implement audit strategies and plans to assess the quality of care and compliance with regulations.
  • Support the response to requests from external auditors (e.g., payors or regulators) timely, including quality of care concerns, payor record requests, and re-credentialing audits.
  • Conduct audits of processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Work with teams to identify action plans to address audit findings and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and patients or clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Operations, HR, Program Enrollment, IT, etc.) to conduct audits.
  • May support projects and perform other duties as assigned.
We are excited to speak to someone with the following…
  • High School Diploma required.
  • One (1) plus years of related experience and/or training.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards, as well as industry best practices and emerging trends strongly preferred.
