Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting high-volume recruiting activities and executing the company’s hiring processes to ensure timely placement of caregiver candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I plays a critical role in maintaining candidate flow, conducting interviews, and driving offer generation to support operational staffing needs. This role partners closely with sourcing teams and operations to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and in alignment with company standards.

  • Conducts high-volume interviews (10+ daily) for caregiver candidates across assigned markets.
  • Generates 5+ conditional offers per day to meet hiring targets and workforce demands.
  • Schedules and interviews candidates for training programs, ensuring successful placement upon completion.
  • Executes outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) to engage candidates and reduce application drop-off.
  • Maintains a 3-day or less application-to-offer turnaround time to remain competitive in high-volume hiring markets.
  • Partners with sourcing and operations teams to maintain consistent interview and pipeline volume.
  • Tracks candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintains an 80%+ usability rate to support candidate progression to first day worked.
  • Supports surge hiring initiatives across regions based on business needs.
  • Ensures recruiting activities follow company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Assists with reporting and tracking recruiting metrics to support performance goals.
  • Supports recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • One (1) plus year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred.
  • Ability to effectively engage candidates and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic data tracking and reporting skills.

Salary: $$46,000 - $62,100
